Offshore Oil Rig Mechanical and Electrical Jobs

Sometimes these staff may be required to work a 12-hour shift and can be called out on occasion. This line of work is ideal for someone who has previous experience in mechanical and electrical work. The salary ranges from £30,000 or US $45,500 for a motorman up to £47,000 or US $85,500 for the chief electrician. This team organizes the repairs and maintenance on the oil rig which can include changing light bulbs to repairing the drill equipment.
